Terms of Sale and Use of the Work

This work (hereinafter the “Work”) is protected by national and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

The purchase, possession, or access to the Work implies full acceptance of these Terms of Sale and Use.

1. Ownership of Rights

• modify, adapt, or create derivative works from it.

3. Specific Prohibitions for Digital Works

Where the Work is provided in digital format, it is expressly prohibited to:

• share files or access credentials;

• upload the Work to sharing, storage, or distribution platforms;

• circumvent or remove any technical protection measures.

4. Final Sale and No Refund Policy

The sale of the Work is final.

For Works supplied in digital format, the purchaser acknowledges that, once performance of the contract has begun through the provision of the digital content, no right of withdrawal exists, to the extent permitted by law, and no refunds, returns, or cancellations shall be granted for any reason.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Work is provided “as is”.

The author makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the content for any particular purpose, nor does the author guarantee the achievement of any specific results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the author shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Work.

6. Violations

Any use of the Work in violation of these Terms constitutes a civil offense and, where applicable, a criminal offense, and may be pursued before the competent authorities.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws on copyright and contracts.

Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction provided for by applicable law.
